Went to the foothills and took dip in lake francis to escape the valley heat.

i love discovering things. last weekend nathan and i took hwy 113 back from sf to sutter. i driven the road several times and have always wanted to stop at this small cemetery of the road. i was a really lovely.

from garden to dinner

the garden

spent the late afternoon in the garden today. its getting really big. i found a baby praying mantis on the mint.i really have too much. eggplant, zucchini, like 5 different kinds of tomatoes, lots a cucumbers that will eventually become pickles, like every herb u could want, snap peas, jalapenos, bell peppers and more.
